About Me

This website has been a topic of discussion for SEVERAL years now. I just didn’t feel like figuring it out nor did I want to commit to the content creation part of it. But just like anything else I’ve ever done, if it scares the shit out of me, well, I’m probably going to do it. HAH.

It was time to find a way to share more of my writing other than just posting a Facebook post randomly.

Not sure what will come of the various topics I will be writing on, but it’s important to have a platform to do so.

Okay so I guess I’m supposed to introduce myself here, right? So strange writing about my background but here we go!

I am married to the woman who is seriously the most beautiful person on this planet both externally and internally. I am an ex collegiate athlete and I only mention it because it will explain a little more of my….attitude. I was an Outfielder and an Outside Hitter and Libero in college. I miss playing but my injuries remind me that it’s a no go. After College I went into Restaurant Management and hated it while also Coaching Club Volleyball (coached for 10 years). I then stumbled into what would be the most interesting job experience ever, private security, after this I worked as a Senior Travel Nurse Recruiter before landing my job I am in now with BRM Institute.

My Wife, Allison and I have FOUR dogs. It’s quite the craziness sometimes but we wouldn’t have it any other way! We have made the choice not to have children and instead we love the littles in our life with everything we’ve got.

When I’m not writing, my biggest hobby is furthering my food knowledge. I spend a LOT of time studying, watching and texting. Although my love language is Quality Time, I’m convinced it's really just cooking. I also have quite the whiskey collection, but that’s a topic for a blog post eventually.
